Lucas, the owner of Black Bear Fitness Co., has spent the past 17 years helping people improve their lives. His journey began as an EMT and firefighter in France, where he developed a passion for service and resilience. Now in the health and fitness industry, Lucas and his team focus on helping members discover their potential through fitness, nutrition, and genuine connection.
