In a space where you’re coached, supported, and surrounded by other women walking the same path.

- 2 small group workouts per week (Mondays & Thursdays @ 3 PM)
- A bonus Saturday community class at 8AM
- InBody scans, before/after photos, and fitness testing
- Nutrition coaching focused on sustainable habits

- A private Facebook group for support and check-ins
- Coach access throughout the program
