🙌Tina’s Journey to a more confident self🙌

We are lucky to be part of some incredible journeys at Black Bear Fitness One of those is Tina’s. Tina is currently in our 12-week On-boarding Semi-Private Program and is also following our 12-week Nutrition Program.

Like many who come through our doors, Tina had some doubts about herself. She was hard on herself and often afraid of letting others down. She felt like she should be doing better—something that many of us can relate to. But what Tina didn’t realize when she first started is that she had already taken the most important step: showing up.

Tina had never worked out in a setting like ours, and she had never really given much thought to her eating habits before. It was a new experience, a challenge, and something completely outside her comfort zone. But she did it. And she’s still doing it.

Since starting her programs, Tina has been:

  • Consistently coming to the gym twice a week, showing up for herself every time.
  • Mindful about her eating habits, thinking carefully about what she consumes.
  • Eating three meals a day—something she never used to do.
  • Drinking more water and staying hydrated by consistently consuming four bottles a day.
  • Cutting back on coffee and opting for healthier choices.
  • Adding protein shakes into her routine, ensuring she gets the nutrients her body needs.

And those are just some of the changes she’s made.

The impact has been undeniable:

  • Her pants fit differently.
  • She feels better about herself, gaining confidence each day.
  • Her energy levels have improved, allowing her to tackle her day with more drive.
  • She’s sleeping better, helping her recovery and overall well-being.
  • She’s cooking dinners at home, choosing healthier options for her meals.

What stands out most to us about Tina’s story is not just her physical progress but the fact that she’s doing more than she ever thought she could. She doubted herself at first, but now, with each gym session, with each mindful meal, and each healthier habit, Tina is proving to herself just how capable she truly is.

Tina’s journey is a powerful reminder that it’s not about being perfect or having it all figured out from the start. It’s about showing up, making small changes, and sticking with them. It’s about effort and consistency, not the speed of the results. Most importantly, it’s about building a life you can be proud of.
