We’re celebrating Lisa D’s amazing progress today! Over the past 30 days, Lisa has been putting in the work, and her results are speaking for themselves:

👏 Her clothes are fitting better, and she’s feeling stronger, especially in her back!

Lisa has really been loving the semi-private training, where we’ve focused on building her back strength and improving her functional movement. She’s also started incorporating group classes into her routine, which has given her an extra push to keep improving. Having a trainer to make small form corrections has been a big help, too!

As a business owner, stress has been a challenge, but Lisa is doing a great job managing it. She’s been focusing on her nutrition by eating more veggies and cutting out alcohol at home, which has made her feel more energized and focused.

Looking ahead, here’s what Lisa is going to focus on in the next 30 days: 1️⃣ Build more leg strength by challenging herself with heavier weights. 2️⃣ Keep improving back strength and mobility, since she’s already seeing great results. 3️⃣ Stay consistent with group classes for that extra motivation and accountability. 4️⃣ Work on managing stress—whether that’s through better sleep, relaxation techniques, or finding more ways to unwind.
