Fill out the form to get started
We’ve officially launched our new training model. Most of you are already diving in with energy and clarity. For others, the transition is still settling in, and that’s completely normal. Change can be uncomfortable at first, but it leads to better progress, more control, and long-term results.
First, Thank You
Your willingness to meet in person, ask real questions, and engage in open, honest conversations is what makes this community special. Your feedback, presence, and trust matter more than you know. We’re incredibly grateful for you.
If we haven’t had a chance to meet yet, or if you’re still adjusting, know that we’re here for you. Whether you’ve committed to your new path, are testing it out under the 28-day satisfaction guarantee, or are just getting started, this next phase is about ownership, flexibility, and results.
What’s Next
We’ll officially launch the full system on Sunday, June 15. Some of you are kicking off your first semi-private sessions this coming week. We’re ready for you and excited to coach you through it.
Next week will also be the final week of our group classes, offered at their usual times. It’s one last chance to celebrate what got us here before fully leaning into what’s next.
Push Press Check-Ins Start June 15
You don’t need to book your semi-private sessions in the app. Those are scheduled directly with your coach.
But you do need to check in when you arrive, either on your phone or using the tablets at the gym.
Here’s how to check in:
For Semi-Private Sessions
Tap your name and check in under “Semi-Private Training Time Slot.”
For Independent Workouts
Check in as “Independent Morning Workout” if you arrive between 5 AM and 10 AM
Check in as “Independent Afternoon Workout” if you arrive between 4 PM and 7 PM (Monday through Thursday) or between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on Friday
Weekend Independent Access
You’re welcome to train between 9 AM and 10 AM on Saturday and Sunday when the gym is open
Plan Your Fitness Like You Plan Your Week
If you plan your workouts the same way you plan your work or family schedule, you win. Consistency starts with intention.
Every Sunday, take 15 minutes to map out your week. Look at your semi-private sessions in the Push Press app (under “Private Training”) and decide which independent workouts make the most sense based on your goal and recovery needs.
Even if a workout like “Strength Pump” is posted on Monday, you can do it any day that fits your week. Flexibility is part of the system.
If you need help with weight selection, pacing, or skill modifications, send us a text. A coach is always present during gym hours. While they are focused on coaching semi-private sessions, they’re always available to support you when you need it.
If working out with your friends helps you stay on track, coordinate and plan your workouts together. Many of you are already doing this and it’s making a big difference.
Coming Next Week: Breakdown of Independent Workouts
We’ll take a closer look at the five types of independent workouts you can choose from to support your progress:
- Strength Pump – Build muscle and feel the pump
- Anaerobic Sprint – Train for speed and intensity
- Mixed Modal Fun – Go hard and have fun
- Aerobic Conditioning – Build endurance and stamina
- Zone 2 – Improve recovery and long-term health
If you have questions, reach out by text, email, or ask during your next session. We’re here to help you thrive in this next chapter.
Let’s keep building.
