Lynn’s journey over the past 60 days is a beautiful example of how progress often shows up in the small, meaningful victories that transform our daily lives.
She’s now walking up and down the stairs without pain—a huge win that highlights the power of intentional movement and strength-building. She’s even noticed the difference when she handled her Christmas decorations this year with ease, a real-life reminder of how her functional strength has improved.
Beyond that, Lynn’s energy and stamina have seen a noticeable boost—she’s feeling more energized, more capable, and more in control of her choices. Whether it’s eating breakfast consistently or navigating holiday temptations with grace, Lynn’s making choices that align with her goals. Most importantly, she’s stayed consistent with her body composition, maintaining both muscle mass and a healthy balance—all while moving through the holiday season!
Of course, progress comes with its challenges. Group fitness hasn’t been the right fit for her, so we’re focusing on personalizing her plan, and we will have some conditioning with your new programs coming soon and more adapted to the middle age population. She’s also learning that pacing herself is just as important as showing up—overdoing it can lead to soreness and fatigue, but small adjustments will help her stay strong and energized.
Here’s what we’re focusing on for the next 30 days:
🍳 Food Tracking: Logging meals to fine-tune her nutrition and support her goals.
🏋️♀️ Program Adjustments: Semi-private sessions with higher reps and lighter weights to meet her current needs.
🚶 Functional Movements: More object-carrying exercises to build mobility and overall strength.
🚦 New Substitutions: Adding sled pushes/pulls as alternatives to squats and lunges.
🪜 Modified Squats: Squats only on high wedges to ensure form and minimize strain.
👜 Sandbag Training: Incorporating sandbag exercises to add variety and keep things fun and challenging!
Looking ahead, our focus is on creating a program that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and impactful for the long run. It’s not just about strength gains or numbers—it’s about building resilience, confidence, and a lifestyle that supports long-term well-being.
Lynn, your progress is proof that small wins add up to big changes. You’ve put in the work, trusted the process, and embraced every part of your journey. We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see you continue to thrive.
Let’s keep building momentum and celebrating every victory—because you’ve only just begun!
